JD – Executive/Specialist – Campaign and Content Management

About Role

Digital Harbor is modernizing its marketing team to become a very sophisticated engine to market transformational and innovative software products. The campaign and content management is a critical role on the team in building, executing, and optimizing campaign together with developing marketing collateral. We are looking for marketing guru, who understands the modern marketing platforms in the digital landscape and has experience in creating, managing, and optimizing multi-touch campaigns at scale.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced setting to co-ordinate with different stakeholders to execute a variety of campaigns. The work is never boring as you get to try your hands-on campaigns cutting across different products and multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing campaigns throughout the process, including the creation of the content, creative, and campaign. Strive for flawless campaign delivery.
  • Drive the process for planning, building, and launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels for both internal and external audience.
  • Validate audience list for the respective campaign and keep up to date.
  • Create and maintain marketing automations, end to end Customer Journeys and Campaign Building using Automation Builder/Journey Builder
  • Report end-to-end campaign performance.
  • Track marketing lead progression. Understand and improve conversion of marketing leads into pipeline inflow.
  • Should be able to design and deploy campaigns independently.
  • Liaise with designers and external agencies to ensure the campaign creative is conceptualized and approved for the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of how campaigns impact the organization health and business at large.
  • Cross-team collaboration skills with a desire to have fun while doing your best job!
  • Excellent communication and ability to connect at C-level
  • Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines and meet legal & data protection/regulation requirements.
  • Should be able to understand company products and develop messaging to promote these technology products.
  • Should understand the nuances of product marketing
  • Work with cross functional team to gather content and consolidate for different types of marketing collateral.
  • Help organize webinars, workshops, and other marketing events.
  • Create marketing communication draft for various email and social media campaigns.
  • Develop different types of marketing collateral including emailers, explainer videos, magazines, social media content, website blogs & articles, Data Sheet, Case Study etc.
  • A technology degree together with post-graduation in marketing/marketing communication
  • Have at least 5+ years’ experience of previous campaign management and content development experience
  • Passion for marketing B2B transformational products
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaign
  • Experience using marketing technologies such as: Sendinblue, HubSpot (preferably both).
  • Experience with other email automation tool is nice to have
  • Strong campaign management skills, and ability to lead multiple priorities
  • Ability to develop flawless content and campaign
  • Require good understanding of HTML
  • Need to have decent understanding of designing responsive email templates, troubleshooting the rendering issues in the email template, update email templates as per campaign requirement.

Requirements Qualifications and Skills:

  • A technology degree together with post-graduation in marketing/marketing communication
  • Have at least 3-6 years’ experience of previous campaign management and content development experience
  • Passion for marketing B2B transformational products
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaign
  • Experience using marketing technologies such as: Sendinblue, HubSpot (preferably both).
  • Experience with other email automation tool is nice to have
  • Strong campaign management skills, and ability to lead multiple priorities
  • Ability to develop flawless content and campaign
  • Require good understanding of HTML
  • Need to have decent understanding of designing responsive email templates, troubleshooting the rendering issues in the email template, update email templates as per campaign requirement.
