If you’re interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketer, your job is to find the channels and strategies that will help us with customer acquisition. Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a cross functional team (Product, Ops, Sales) to establish growth strategies.
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
  • Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
  • Manage SEO and SEM.
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
  • Build workflows and automate processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of HTML/ CSS, Google Analytics, Canva, Getresponse, Ahrefs/SEM Rush, Google/Bing/Yahoo  Ads, Buffer, (or, other Social Media Management Systems), HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Proficient with Analytics.
  • Self Starter and can function independently and with the team.
  • Should have a good understanding of the Adtech industry ( Both buy side and the sell side)
  • Ability to create a process and automate it ( Should be aware and fluent in automation software’s).
  • 3-5 years experience in Growth marketing.
  • Experience working for an Enterprise B2b Saas company.

Firm grasp on: Organic distribution, Paid marketing, Marketing Automation, Growth   

hacking.

Skills: Starting from scratch, building bottom up.
